These General Terms and Conditions apply to the car service services provided by BSS Plusz Autószerviz Kft., as well as to contact requests and appointment arrangements initiated through the website.

3. Appointment Booking

Customers may request an appointment by phone, by e-mail or, where available, through the website. An appointment request does not in all cases constitute the conclusion of a service contract; the final agreement is made based on separate consultation between the parties.

4. Quotations

Preliminary quotations are for information purposes only and may change based on the actual condition of the vehicle. In the event of significant differences, the service centre will, where possible, inform the customer in advance.

5. Payment Terms

The customer is obliged to pay the service fee in the manner and within the deadline accepted by the parties. Information about the available payment methods and conditions is provided by the service centre during the use of the service.

6. Liability

BSS Plusz Autószerviz Kft. performs its services with professional care. Its liability and any warranty or guarantee obligations are governed by the Hungarian laws in force at the relevant time.
